Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Monthly rolling contract, billed in advance.

  • No minimum term beyond first month (unless stated).

  • Cancel anytime with 14 days’ written notice before next billing date.

  • Membership includes hours, booking rights, guest passes & perks (see packages).

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable (except Corporate).

  • Bookings subject to bay availability.

  • Fees paid monthly in advance (credit card or direct debit).

  • Failed payments may attract fees.

  • Fees apply regardless of usage unless a freeze is approved.

  • 7-day cooling-off period from start date.

  • Membership can be frozen for up to 4 weeks per year (min. 1 week).

  • Medical freezes allowed with doctor’s certificate.

  • Book online or in-venue; minimum session = 1 hour.

  • No-shows/late cancellations (<24 hrs) forfeit time.

  • Must check in before each session.

  • Late arrival does not extend time.

  • One player swinging at a time; others behind safety line.

  • Clean clubs/balls only; spikeless shoes or runners required.

  • Intoxicated patrons may be refused entry.

  • Members liable for intentional/negligent damage.

  • Guest rules vary by package; guest fees apply.

  • Members responsible for guest conduct.

  • Minors must be supervised by an adult.

  • Cancel anytime after first month (14 days’ notice by email).

  • Membership may be suspended/terminated for non-payment, breaches, or unsafe conduct.

  • Unused time is non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Members who advise staff in person or by phone will be asked to confirm their request by email, so we have a clear record and can discuss options such as membership freezes before processing.
  • Venue may close for private events/maintenance.

  • If closed >7 consecutive days, membership will be credited/extended.

  • Golf involves inherent risks; members participate at own risk.

  • Liability excluded except where caused by reckless conduct.

  • Venue not liable for lost property.

  • Personal info collected for membership, payments & bookings.

  • CCTV in public areas for safety.

  • Members can opt out of marketing at any time.

  • Terms may change with 30 days’ notice.

  • Governed by Victorian law.
